Responsibility of "Maitri – Make friends with Yourself"

The effectiveness of the psychological process depends on many factors. In particular, the client's motivation, willingness to cooperate, and commitment to change. During therapeutic, coaching, and training work, I make every effort to achieve the most effective outcome (see the best efforts agreement). However, I cannot commit to a specific outcome for the client, such as complete recovery, or the achievement of therapy, coaching, or training goals.

Therefore, despite the best intentions and commitment, Maitri Studio is not responsible for the success of the therapy, coaching, training process or the achievement of the client's goals.

Booking and payment for meetings (sessions)

  1. The client pre-books an appointment via phone or email
  2. The condition for accepting the reservation is to provide the Client's correct telephone number and email address, which will be used for communication between the Studio and the Client.
  3. The client is obligated to provide accurate personal information. If false information is provided and another person attends the session, the psychologist has the right to refuse to conduct the session, and the payment for the session will not be refunded.
  4. When booking a session, the Client is obligated to pay for it no later than 24 hours. The session booking is effective once the payment has been credited to the Maitri's account.
  5. If payment is not made on time, the session will be automatically canceled.
  6. Payment for the meeting is possible via:
    1. Paypal
    2. Bank transfer
  7. In case of late registrations, when the transfer is requested less than 48 hours before the meeting date, please send the transfer confirmation to the email address as soon as possible. a.ludew@maitri.com.pl no later than 24 hours before the meeting
  8. In case of arranging a meeting on the same day, the Client is obliged to pay the fee via PayPal (point 4, letter a.) within a maximum of 2 hours of making the reservation
  9. We guarantee consistent meeting prices for clients who regularly use a previously approved work plan. If meetings are interrupted for more than 60 days, the client will be billed for subsequent sessions at the current price list.

Cancellation of a session for reasons attributable to the Client

  1. Cancellation or change of session date is possible no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session date.
  2. Sessions that fall after a non-working day (e.g., Saturdays, Sundays, holidays) must be canceled on the second-to-last working day. For example, a Monday session scheduled for 1:00 p.m. must be canceled by 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.
  3. If the Client does not cancel the meeting at the scheduled time or does not show up for the scheduled meeting, he or she will be charged the full cost of the meeting.
  4. If the client cancels the session within the allotted time, they will receive a full refund no later than three business days, to the account from which the payment was made. At the client's express request, the amount can be applied towards a subsequent session.

Delays and cancellations of sessions due to reasons attributable to the Studio

  1. If an appointment is canceled on the day of the session due to reasons attributable to the Studio, the Client will receive a refund no later than 3 business days, to the account from which the payment was made. At the Client's express request, the amount will be credited towards a subsequent appointment.
  2. if the meeting starts with a delay of more than 20 minutes and it is not possible for the therapist to extend the session, or there is no consent from the client, the client has the right to choose:
    1. refund of session costs
    2. a shortened session with a 50% discount

Online Session

  1. Online sessions are conducted using the Zoom service.
  2. The client is obliged to test the configuration of his/her device to ensure that the session is possible.
  3. The studio is not responsible for technical issues attributable to the client. These issues do not constitute grounds for extending or canceling a session.
  4. Online sessions are conducted in Polish local time, i.e. Central European Time (UTC+01:00). Clients must take into account any time differences.

Extending the session

Please be assured that I make every effort to ensure sessions begin and end on time. In exceptional circumstances, I may extend the session, which will delay the start of the next session. This is solely because I have my clients' best interests at heart. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Safety of the youngest (children)

I do not conduct sessions for adults in the presence of children. This is to ensure the emotional and psychological safety of each family member. Therefore, please confirm at least 24 hours before the scheduled session that your child will be cared for during the session. This is your last chance to cancel the session. Failure to do so will result in the session being cancelled if the child is present, and the fee will not be refunded.
