When working individually, I approach each situation depending on the type of support that is required and adjust planned intervention to specific needs. Beside the traditional psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CFT or various coaching tools, I can also offer you other useful methods for making progress on your path (such as mindfulness and relaxation techniques, visualization and emotional trainings, as well as, practicing skills). In every case, I introduce the method only after having reached mutual agreement on what course of action we will take.
When working with groups, I ground my work in a dynamic of group process and allow active participation of all involved. By promoting learning-by-doing approach new skills can be shaped among participants of my trainings. Also, application of the cyclic process of change promotes an attitude that is in tune with specific needs of individual.
