Life is not about solving a problem - because problems will keep appearing. It's not about fixing, improving yourself all the time - because nothing is broken. When I listen or read about being the best version of myself, I have an inner pain and everything twists inside me. This approach promotes dissatisfaction with ourselves as we are, so rejecting ourselves, detaching from ourselves and building some unnatural, ideal being in the future that does not exist. We all have our imperfections - that's human nature. Inside there is still something knocking and saying: look at me, I am here too, I feel and sometimes life hurts. However, in the age of Facebook and Instagram, each of us compares ourselves to the others and<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>often looking not so bright we think - I must also be a smiling star. How sincere we have become to ourselves and to others. Getting to know all contradictory and illogical, competing parts of yourself and embrace it all gently. Let it be, without expecting a change, but with curiosity about what it brings and what it tells us. It's not about healing yourself, but seeing yourself fully and being fully with yourself. A look at each of our masks and explore how it was created and what it is for. <em>What are we wearing it for? What does it protect?<\/em> We don't have to do anything about it, we don't have to reject anything. We give everything a space to exist as long as it is needed. Like a best friend who on a difficult journey through the mountain peaks says: <em>\"I'm with you. I know you do what you can. I have got your back.\"<\/em> Important is the way we walk our walk, not its final destination.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>And the more we walk with love and understanding, the more valuable places we will find that are in line with who we really are.
