WHAT COACHING IS AND WHAT IS NOT?<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Coaching is our journey together<\/b> - Your (Client) and mine (Coach), in which you will be able to explore your potential, explore your goals, plan their implementation and achieve them by using ICF professional coaching tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Coaching is not psychotherapy. <\/b>If your difficulties and goals oscillate more around mental health - I invite you to familiarize yourself with the psychological services of my online office <a href=\"https:\/\/maitri.com.pl\/en\/\"><span class=\"s2\">www.maitri.com.pl<\/span><\/a> If you are undergoing psychotherapy, please contact your psychotherapist in advance and discuss whether coaching is the best option for you at this time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Coaching is not training or consulting.<\/b> In the coaching process, I do not put you as a student and myself as a teacher who has more knowledge than you and will tell you what to do and what not to do. WHAT ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COACHING PROCESS?<\/h4>\n<h5 class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>What Coach is responsible for: <\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span class=\"s1\">As a coach, I am responsible for the coaching process and tools with which I will gradually familiarize you and propose their use to achieve your goals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">If during our sessions there are signals saying that you can benefit more from another form of development (e.g. therapy) - I will openly share this information with you.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>What is the client responsible for? <\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">As a customer, you are responsible for what appears during the session and how important and valuable content is for you. HOW WILL WE WORK?<\/h4>\n<h5 class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Way of addressing <\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">I invite you to communicate with me by name. This contact formula is supported by ICF and it helps us break the ice faster and work harder. And besides, it's just more friendly :)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Partner relationship <\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">We work in a partnership. You are not standing lower than me, you are not standing higher than me. We work together on your goal for your good and success.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Principle of Confidentiality<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">We work in accordance with the confidentiality principle, which applies both ways. Whatever was said or whatever happened during the session remains only in this space between us.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">The exception to this rule is a situation in which there would be a violation of ICF ethics or an appearing content threatens your life, health or would violate applicable law (such as suicidal thoughts, plans to hurt someone, the threat of violating someone's property). In such a situation, I am obliged to inform the relevant services so that they can come to your aid. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">If your coaching has been commissioned by the Sponsor, then the information that I can provide to the Sponsor is: information whether sessions take place and at what dates, information at what stage of the work we are without revealing any content, which may be something like: \"We are halfway\", \"We still need about 2<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>months to get closer to the goal. \"<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Use of tools<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Every time I want to introduce a new tool I will ask you for permission to use it; in particular, when it moves 'sensitive content' for you. You have full control over what happens. You can always say no and you can suggest something from yourself.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Homework<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">To intensify your session activities and support you in achieving your goal as soon as possible, I will propose you tasks to perform between our meetings. This will allow you to be focused on achieving your coaching goal when there are no sessions. In my language I say that thanks to this you are constantly connected to our coaching :)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Whether you do these tasks is of course your decision and responsibility. I leave myself the option of offering them and asking about their effects.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Notes<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">During our sessions, I will take notes that will help me prepare for the next session with you. I will keep the notes on an encrypted disk.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Session recordings<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Part of our sessions will be recorded in the form of an audio recording. I am asking you for your consent for such recordings. They are to be used for my ICF certification and (like notes) to better prepare for subsequent sessions with you. This recording will be available to you, me and my supervisor from the HPR Coaching School. After the evaluation and the end of the coaching process, these recordings may be destroyed or not, according to your will. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Signing this contract results in the acceptance of my request, i.e. consent to record your voice on the audio recording for the purposes of my certification and preparation for the session. ORGANIZATIONAL MATTERS<\/h4>\n<p><br class=\"avia-permanent-lb\" \/><span class=\"s1\"><b>How often will the meetings take place?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">The coaching process usually includes a maximum of 6 months, in which the maximum number of sessions is 12. Usually it is 8 sessions. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Our coaching meetings in accordance with ICF rules will take place once every two weeks, unless there is a need to increase their frequency. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">The session will last a maximum of 60 minutes and will take place online using the Internet platforms: Skype or Zoom. Please ensure a stable connection. If in the middle of the meeting your transfer prevents the session from continuing - this part of the session will be lost. If the break is due to my fault, then we do the session at the next convenient time for us.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Rules for booking and canceling sessions.<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Depending on the calendar options we have, we arrange two sessions ahead or at least one week in advance of the next coaching session.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">We use e-mail communication regarding timely changes: <a href=\"mailto:kontakt@maitri.com.pl\"><span class=\"s2\">kontakt@maitri.com.pl<\/span><\/a>. Dates established by mutual consent, using this form of contact, are binding.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Please cancel or change the session date 48 hours before the agreed date. In exceptional cases, it may be not less than 24 hours before the agreed date. Failure to meet the deadline will result in session costs being charged.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">The coach has the right to cancel the session without giving reasons, however, he is obliged to propose the next, nearest, possible date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Both the client and the coach have the right to terminate the coaching process at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>No presence at the session<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Failure to appear at the session within the agreed time will result in the session being charged.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Only person who have signed this contract may use subsequent sessions in the coaching process.
