WHAT ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COACHING PROCESS?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>What Coach is responsible for: <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">As a coach, I am responsible for the coaching process and tools with which I will gradually familiarize you and propose their use to achieve your goals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">If during our sessions there are signals saying that you can benefit more from another form of development (e.g. therapy) - I will openly share this information with you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>What is the client responsible for? <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">As a customer, you are responsible for what appears during the session and how important and valuable content is for you. This contact formula is supported by ICF and it helps us break the ice faster and work harder. And besides, it's just more friendly :)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Partner relationship <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">We work in a partnership. You are not standing lower than me, you are not standing higher than me. We work together on your goal for your good and success.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Principle of Confidentiality<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">Pracujemy zgodnie z zasad\u0105 poufno\u015bci, kt\u00f3ra obowi\u0105zuje w dwie strony. Cokolwiek zosta\u0142o powiedziane, cokolwiek sie wydarzy\u0142o w trakcie sesji pozostaje tylko w tej przestrzeni pomi\u0119dzy nami.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">Wyj\u0105tkiem od tej regu\u0142y jest sytuacja, w kt\u00f3rej nast\u0105pi\u0142oby naruszenie etyki ICF lub pojawi\u0142yby si\u0119 tre\u015bci zagra\u017caj\u0105ce Twojemu \u017cyciu, zdrowiu lub stanowi\u0142yby naruszenie obowi\u0105zujacego prawa (jak my\u015bli samob\u00f3jcze, plany skorzywdzenia kogo\u015b, gro\u017aby naruszenia czyjego\u015b mienia). Zawsze mo\u017cesz powiedzie\u0107 nie i jak najbardziej mo\u017cesz proponowa\u0107 co\u015b od siebie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Homework<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">To intensify your session activities and support you in achieving your goal as soon as possible, I will propose you tasks to perform between our meetings. This will allow you to be focused on achieving your coaching goal when there are no sessions. In my language I say that thanks to this you are constantly connected to our coaching :)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">Whether you do these tasks is of course your decision and responsibility. I leave myself the option of offering them and asking about their effects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Notes<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">During our sessions, I will take notes that will help me prepare for the next session with you. I will keep the notes on an encrypted disk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Session recordings<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">Cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 z naszych sesji utrwalimy w formie nagrania audio. Maj\u0105 one pos\u0142u\u017cy\u0107 do mojej ceryfikacji ICF oraz (podobnie jak notatki) do lepszego przygotowania sie do kolejnych sesji z Tob\u0105. ORGANIZATIONAL MATTERS<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>How often will the meetings take place?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">The coaching process usually includes a maximum of 6 months, in which the maximum number of sessions is 12. Usually it is 8 sessions. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">Our coaching meetings in accordance with ICF rules will take place once every two weeks, unless there is a need to increase their frequency. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">The session will last a maximum of 60 minutes and will take place online using the Internet platforms: Skype or Zoom. Please ensure a stable connection. If in the middle of the meeting your transfer prevents the session from continuing - this part of the session will be lost. If the break is due to my fault, then we do the session at the next convenient time for us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Rules for booking and canceling sessions.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">Depending on the calendar options we have, we arrange two sessions ahead or at least one week in advance of the next coaching session.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">We use e-mail communication regarding timely changes: <a href=\"mailto:kontakt@maitri.com.pl\"><span class=\"s2\">kontakt@maitri.com.pl<\/span><\/a>. Dates established by mutual consent, using this form of contact, are binding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">Please cancel or change the session date 48 hours before the agreed date. In exceptional cases, it may be not less than 24 hours before the agreed date. Failure to meet the deadline will result in session costs being charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">The coach has the right to cancel the session without giving reasons, however, he is obliged to propose the next, nearest, possible date. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>No presence at the session<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">Failure to appear at the session within the agreed time will result in the session being charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">Only person who have signed this contract may use subsequent sessions in the coaching process.
