corporate sector. I spent the first eight years of my career focusing on soft skills development for management teams and HR departments, as well as designing and implementing Assessment and Development Centers for managers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For a decade, my main field of work has been individual <strong>one-on-one<\/strong> sessions and <strong>wellbeing education<\/strong>. Over the next three months, I handed my projects over to trusted hands. I sold my car and most of my belongings, rented out my apartment, packed a large backpack, and set off to find out what I truly wanted out of life. <\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>I never found a single answer\u2014instead, I found many homes along the way.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>There was a home in Spain, a home in India, a home in Nepal, a longer stay in England and the States, and so many other places that left a trace within me. And along the way\u2014so many hearts that showed me that connections know no borders or language, and need no shared address.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>Every single one of those homes taught me a lesson I carry into my practice every day: that genuine transformation starts when we find the courage to ask ourselves what we truly want\u2014even if the answer feels uncomfortable.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>Today, this part of the journey has brought me to a pause in Kathmandu\u2014surrounded by mountains that remind me every day just how much left there is in life to
